The board, at a Thursday night meeting, voted to approve the amended sale agreement, said Mark Fitzgerald, village manager. In August, the board approved the sale of the 530,000-square-foot building, at N54-W13901 Woodale Drive, to an affiliate of C.H. Coakley & Co. for $7.5 million. But the board agreed to reduce the price by $335,000 after the buyer, CMK Inc., raised concerns about the "physical condition of the property," according to the amended purchase agreement.
