By of the Journal Sentinel A development firm that operates apartments for college students has purchased three adjacent buildings in the Walker's Point neighborhood, just south of downtown Milwaukee. Pittsburgh Avenue LLC, an apparent affiliate of Bloomington, Ind.-based Cedar View Management, bought the property, at 133 W. Pittsburgh Ave., for $2.2 million, according to state real estate records posted Thursday.
